What is your background?
I have done my undergraduate study in Communication and Advertising.
Which ESSEC program are you part of?
I am part of the Master in Management (MiM).
Can you tell us more about your experience with the Chair?
The Leading a Beauty Brand Chair created a wonderful journey in the cosmetics world for me during my study time at ESSEC. Well-designed chair classes, like building a beauty brand, and activating a beauty brand, provided us a very concrete knowledge about the beauty industry, from various perspectives, such as product development, pricing strategy, operation strategy, etc. As a student who has working experience in the beauty industry, I am fascinated with the field projects and seminars organized by our chair partners, Estée Lauder, IFF, Nocibé, and Douglas. I’ve gained insights into the industries while working with our chair partners. Overall, I love my experience of Leading a Beauty Brand Chair.
What will you do after the academic part of the Chair?
I will have a 6-month internship as Product Development Manager Assistant at L'Oréal, for the Helena Rubinstein brand.
