Our Alumni team is composed of 102 students from various background - 8 nationalities, business, pharmacists or engineer studies - all enthusiasts about the beauty industry. 85% of them had an professional experience in beauty after the academic part of the Chair and 50% of them joined one of the Chair’s partners for an internship or apprenticeship.
The ESSEC Beauty Chair prepares young leaders to better understand their future competitive work environment and enhance their value-adding skills for a successful career in the beauty industry.
For example, in the Chair academic program, we have the Field Project course (New Challenges within the Beauty World) which objective is to provide our students with hands-on experience by looking how to address a real problematic, proposing agile solutions and dealing with complexity.
