Discovering the professional world of beauty
The Leading a Beauty Brand Chair is committed to student professionalization by giving students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with fields of expertise essential to the practice of their future profession.
The Chair not only offers many academic activities, it also offers opportunities to demonstrate its expertise and to bring together its community around unifying themes. Exchanging information and promoting inspiring formal or informal meetings for the future professionals that are our students, is essential.
Some moments are reserved exclusively to the program’s students while others are open to other beauty enthusiasts in the ESSEC community.

Our partners’ HR teams assist our students in discovering their companies and meeting their teams, during masterclasses or business cases.
E-Beauty Masterclasses
We welcome inspiring beauty professionals or entrepreneurs, to share their knowledge about sustainability, retail, beauty tech, indie brands and much more...
Exchanging around Beauty
We organize convivial meetings around entrepreneurship in the beauty industry and Alumni testimonials on their vision of the future of beauty.
Ceremony Day
We bring all together guest speakers from our corporate partners, Alumni and students to celebrate the previous beauty promotion.
Team Building
We offer team building activities, such as the perfume creation workshop, in partnership with Cinquième Sens.
Field Trip
We are planning the annual Chair field trip to Grasse, the world’s capital of perfume, a Unesco Heritage site.
Charitable Activities
We participate in the association "une Rose, une Caresse" which offers support, through beauty workshops, to cancer patients at the hospital in Grasse.
Beauty Visits
We try to make as many visits as possible to different places such as laboratories, factories, as well as exhibitions and museums related to beauty.
